BOH Partners is a real estate and construction advisory firm in Geneva. Our difference is not a pitch, but a method: systematically cross-referencing official sources to produce verifiable analysis, and recommendations we are prepared to stand behind.
The method
Most firms rely on their experience. We rely on traceable facts. Every case cross-references several layers of analysis, each anchored to an official source: land, building condition, energy performance, market, real costs.
The result: decisions grounded in data you can trace back to its source, and a contractual commitment on our estimates (excluding asbestos and contamination).

Engineering and site work
Civil engineering training and hands-on construction site management in Western Switzerland. We know what happens when concrete is poured, because we ran the sites.
Valuation and finance
Experience in asset valuation within a leading Swiss real estate firm: due diligence, DCF models, hedonic analysis.
Certified real estate expertise
A specialisation backed by Swiss university certifications covering the three pillars of real estate expertise: economic, legal and technical, complemented by ongoing MAS-level training in real estate valuation.
Data and tools
Our own analysis tools, cross-referencing cadastral, energy, market and cost data. With no third-party dependency.
Our ethics
Independence. We receive no commission from the companies we recommend. Our only client is the owner.
Traceability. Every figure in an analysis points back to its source. Nothing is presented as fact unless it can be verified.
Clear mandate. From the first conversation, we set out in writing the nature of our involvement. No ambiguity about what is mandated and what is not.
Confidentiality. Our clients’ data never leaves the scope of the mandate, in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
Coverage. We work in Geneva, Vaud, Valais and Fribourg, where we master cantonal specifics.
